反復性多発性軟骨炎を合併したベーチェット病の1例

A case of Behçet disease with relapsing polychondritis Satoshi Matsuda

　64歳男性にアフタ性口内炎と前房蓄膿を伴う両眼の虹彩炎が頻発し，10年前にベーチェット病と診断された。耳介と鼻の変形を契機として両耳介軟骨炎と鼻中隔軟骨萎縮が発見され，多発性軟骨炎と診断された。本例は，ベーチェット病に反復性多発性軟骨炎が合併したMAGIC症候群（mouth andgenital ulcers inflamed cartilage syndrome）であり，本邦初報告例である。

A 64-year-old male had been diagnosed as Behçet disease due to aphthous stomatitis and bilateral iritis with hypopyon 10 years before. Recently, he developed deformity of the nose and earlobes, leading to the detection of chondritis of earlobes and atrophy of cartilage of the nasal septum. The condition was diagnosed as polychondritis. This case seems to be the first reported one in Japan of mouth and genital ulcers with inflamed cartilage (MAGIC) syndrome.
