角膜切開による白内障手術後の異物感

Foreign body sensation after cataract surgery with clear corneal incision

（展示63）　自己閉鎖白内障手術後の異物感について，術式との関連を検索した。対象は角膜上方切開10眼，側方切開20眼，フラウン切開121眼である。術後異物感は角膜切開群で有意に多かった（p＜0.0005）。異物感を訴える1例で，手術1か月後の検査で，創口がフルオレセインで染色された。角膜切開白内障手術では，術後早期では一見閉鎖しているようでも、創口が実際には完全に閉鎖していない可能性がある。

We evaluated the foreign body sensation following self-sealing cataract surgery. Surgery had been performed by Frawn incision in 121 eyes, lateral clear corneal incision in 20 and superior clear corneal incision in 10. Foreign body sensation was significantly more frequent in eyes after clear corneal incision (p ＜ 0.0005) . In one eye with clear corneal incision, the corneal wound was positively stained by fluorescein one month after surgery. There is a possibility that the corneal wound may be incompletely closed during the early postoperative period after cataract surgery with clear corneal incision.
