（展示128）　62歳男性に急速進行性糸球体賢炎が突発した。ステロイド薬のパルス療法，腎透析が行われた。発症3か月後に左眼に視力障害と視野異常を自覚した。この時の矯正視力は右1.0，左0.4であった。右眼には乳頭の上下方向に火炎状網膜出血があり，左眼には下方網膜静脈閉塞に乳頭血管炎の所見があった。高血圧と貧血を認めたが，急速進行性糸球体腎炎が乳頭血管炎の原因と考えられた。

A 62-year-old male developed rapid progressive glomerular nephritis. The condition failed to respond to treatments, necessitating hemodialysis. He noticed visual impairment and visual field defects 3 months later. The visual acuity was 1.0 right and 0.4 left. Funduscopy showed flame-shaped hemorrhages along the vascular arcades in the right eye. Papillovasculitis with occlusion of inferior retinal veins were present in the left fundus. Rapid progressive glomerular nephritis appeared to have been the cause of observed papillovasculitis.
