（18-P2-45）　心室性頻拍に対してアミオダロン投与を受け，アミオダロン角膜症により羞明を訴えた1症例を経験し，その臨床像と羞明によるコントラスト感度を検討した。角膜症はOrlandoの分類でGrade IVであった。矯正視力は両眼ともに1.2で，水晶体，硝子体，眼底に異常はなかった。瞳孔領の色素沈着は左眼に強く，コントラスト感度試験では，左眼の低下と両眼の夜間視の中心グレア負荷での低下が認められた。

A 47-year-old female was referred to us for photophobia of 5 months' duration. She had receiving systemic amiodarone hydrochloride for ventricular tachycardia for the past 11 months. She manifested amiodarone keratopathy of Grade IV by Orlando grading system. She had full visual acuity and no other ocular disorders. She showed considerable loss of contrast sensitivity in night vision with central glare. This finding was characteristic for amiodarone keratopathy and correlated well with the complaint of photophobia.
