（展示119）　35歳女性が，高熱を伴う風邪症状が軽快した後，両眼の傍中心暗点を自覚して受診した。矯正視力は右1.5，左1.2であった。両眼の中心窩に向かう根形の赤褐色の病変が黄斑部にあり、視野検査で傍中心部の感度低下があった。螢光眼底所見は正常であった。これらの所見からacute macularneuroretinopathyと診断した。プレドニゾロンの全身投与により，自覚症状は軽度改善し，眼底病変は軽度萎縮巣に変化したが，8か月後にも病変が残存していた。比較的稀な疾患であり，今後も原因，治療などを検討すべき疾患である。

A 35-year-old female noted bilateral paracentral scotoma following acute fever due to presumed common cold. The visual acuity was 20/20 in either eye. Funduscopy showed reddish-brown wedge-shaped macular lesions pointing to the fovea in both eyes. Perimetry showed bilateral paracentral scotoma. Fluorescein angiographic findings were normal. These findings let to the diagnosis of acute macular neuropathy. Paroral prednisolone was followed by slight improvement in subjective symptoms. The fundus lesions became slightly atrophic. The macular lesions still persisted after 8 months of follow up.
