A Pedigree of Doyne's Honeycomb Macular Degeneration

緒　言

　眼底にいわゆるfleckを認める疾病の報告は多くをかぞえるが，その分類，鑑別診断となると，いまだ明確にされていない点もかなりあるようで，日常の診療にあたつて，とまどいを感じることもしばしばである。

　今回，著者らはretina特にmaculo papillaryregionを中心とする部位にhyalin dystrophy（Doyne's honeycolnb macular degeneration）と思われるfleckとmaculaの　degenerationを伴つた一症例に関して遺伝的背景を検討すると共に数年前，著者らが経験したFundus flavima-culatusの症例^1）とも比較検討を加え，いささかの知見を得たので報告する。

Clinical features of typical occurrence of Doyne's honeycomb macular degeneration in a 34-year-old male are described. Similar macular lesions were detected in a number of pedigree members without associated visual disturbances. The findings suggested that the condition was transmitted by dominant autosomal inheritance with relatively low penetrance.
