Pit-macular syndromeとその光凝固による治療経験

Successful photocoagulation of pit-macular syndrome

（1）最近経験した視神経乳頭窩に黄斑部扁平網膜剥離を合併した3例を報告した。

（2）全例に乳頭耳側縁網膜に光凝固を行い，網膜剥離の消槌・視力の回復，中心暗点の消失を認め，その後の長期観察中にも剥離の再発はないので本症の治療に有効であると考えた。

（3）このような光凝固法では視機能への障害・合併症の発生は全くなかった。

（4）今回の経験から視神経乳頭窩に黄斑部扁平網膜剥離を伴った症例には乳頭耳側縁への光凝固療法が行われてよいと思われる。この際網膜剥離の全領域に一致して乳頭耳側縁に沿う光凝固を行い確実な網膜脈絡膜瘢痕を形成することが必要である。

We observed 3 cases of congenital pit of the optic disc with secondary serous detachment of the macula. All the cases were females and were 11, 24 and 34 years of age. The subjective symptom had persisted for 4 weeks in one and for 8 weeks in the other two cases.

All the cases were treated by photocoagulation applied temporal to the disc margin in two rows. Reattachment of the retina resulted in 2 cases fol-lowing the treatment. The detachment started to diminish 10 days after photocoagulation and disappeared after further 40 days.
