液体パーフルオロカーボンを用いた硝子体内脱臼眼内レンズの整復

Repositioning of dislocated intraocular lens with perfluorocarbon liquid

　眼内レンズ（IOL）が挿入7か月後に完全脱臼した1症例に対して液体パーフルオロカーボン（PFC）を用いたIOL摘出術を施行し，同時にIOLの毛様溝縫着術を施行した。PFCを用いたIOLの摘出は容易であり，眼内で鑷子によるIOLの保持も不要でかつ10Lの摘出時に眼球が虚脱することもなかった。さらに，引き続きIOLを毛様溝へ縫着する場合にも，IOLの傾斜，落下などの合併症を生ずることもなく，同時に眼球の形状も保持され，安定したIOLの挿入が可能であった。

A 55-year-old male presented with dislocated posterior chamber lens into the vitreous cavity. We removed the dislocated lens by filling the vitreous with perfluorodecaline and causing the lens to float anteriorly. The intraocular lens was then sutured tothe ciliary sulcus. The use of perfluorocarbon liquid made the lens extraction easy, eliminated the risk of the lens to fall into the vitreous and avoided collapse of the eyeball.
