外斜視手術後内斜視の3症例

Three cases of consecutive esotropia

　3例の術後内斜視について報告した。この3例は，ともに4歳児の間歇性外斜視で，術後1週の時点では6〜16prismの内斜偏位であった。これらの症例は術後1か月から9か月頃より内斜視が強くなり，11〜13か月では40〜45prismまで達した。同じ眼または反対眼に再びわずかの量の手術を行い，外斜位となった。過矯正手術の予後と処置について考察した。

We observed three cases of esotropia following surgery for exotropia, or consecutive esotropia. All the cases were aged 4 years. The amount of over-correction ranged 6 to 16 prism diopters at one week after surgery. Thereafter, the angle of devia-tion gradually increased to stabilize at 40 to 45prism diopters one year after surgery. All the cases were then reoperated on the ipsilateral or contralateral eye. Exophoria was the final out-come. Unilateral recession-resection procedure was the initial surgery in these 3 cases.
