外斜視の構造，恒常性外斜視と間歇性外斜視との関係—斜視研究 8

The pattern of exotropia, with reference to the relation of constant and intermittent exotropia

はしがき

　外斜視は通常，潜伏性，間歇性及び恒常性に分けられているが，之等相互の関係は充分に明かにされていない。ここ数年に経験した症例を分析して間歇性と恒常性との関係につき考察を試みたいと思う。更に進んで外斜視の発生機転につき言及し，統一的観点から外斜視全般の構造について述べたいと思う。

On observing 181 consecutive cases of the concomitant divergent strabismus (constant 73 and intermittent 108) the followings were revealed :

1. Almost no differences were found between the above two types in :

a. the age of onset (the average : XT 9.1, XPT 9.3)

b. the age of patient (the average : XT 20.0, XPT 20.5)

c. the distribution and the mean of the exodeviation (XT 22.8°, XPT 21.0°)

d. refraction

2. Comparing two groups in the divergent strabismus, one having good vision and the other having high myopia, anisometropia and a reduced vision, the exodeviations proved almost same.
