先天脈絡膜欠損症に伴う網膜剥離の手術療法

Surgical procedure for retinal detachment associated with congenital choroidal coloboma

　最近14年間に経験した，先天脈絡膜欠損症に伴う網脈剥離15例16眼に対する手術療法と成績について検討した。15眼に観血的手術を行った。手術の基本術式として強膜バックリングを行った。網膜剥離につながる欠損縁に沿ってジアテルミー凝固と，症例によってはその部に放射状にプロンベを縫着し，さらに，全例に輪状締結術を行った。特別な合併症なく14眼は復位し，高い治癒率（93％）を得た。本疾患に対して強膜バックリング法を勧めることができる。

We reviewed 16 eyes, 15 cases, who were surgi-cally treated for rhegmatogenous retinal detach-ment associated with congenital choroidal coloboma during the foregoing 14 years. As the basical procedure, we applied diathermy and placeda radial buckle along the edge of the coloboma. Scleral encircling band was placed, additionally, in all the eyes. The retina became reattached in 93% of the eyes following one to three surgeries. The current procedure is recommended for retinal detachment with choroidal coloboma.
