新しい眼内レンズSS-60YGの術中術後屈折誤差と個別A定数

Refractive error and individual A constant of the new intraocular lens SS-60YG

要約　目的：新しい眼内レンズSS-60YG（SS）の術中術後屈折誤差と個別A定数についてNS-60YG（NS）と比較した報告。

対象と方法：対象は過去10か月間に白内障手術を行った53例92眼。使用した眼内レンズ度数は＋17〜＋27D，角膜曲率半径はTMS-5（トーメーコーポレーション社），眼軸長はOA-1000（トーメーコーポレーション社）のContactモード，度数計算式はSRK/T式を用いた。A定数はNSの初期使用値118.4を用いて予測屈折値を算出した。屈折度は白内障手術後にハンディレフラクトメータARK-30（ニデック社），術翌日はARK-30と同社オートレフラクトメータARK-730A，術後7〜10日，1か月，3か月はARK-730Aで測定した。また術後1か月に他覚屈折値を基に自覚屈折値を求め個別A定数を算出し，同度数範囲のNS（239例411眼）と比較した。

結果：SSの屈折誤差平均値は絶対値平均値ともに術中，術翌日，術後7〜10日，術後1か月，術後3か月の各時点でNSのそれと有意差がなかった（p＝0.097〜0.985，t検定）。パーソナルA定数はNSが118.67に対しSSは118.72であった。SSの個別A定数分布範囲は118.46〜118.94でありNSと有意差がなかった（p＝0.263，t検定）。

結論：SSの術後屈折誤差や個別A定数はNSと有意差がなかった。

Abstract　Purpose: To report the refractive error and individual A constant of the new intraocular lens（IOL）SS-60YG.

Cases and Method: This study was made on 92 eyes of 53 patients who received cataract surgery during the past 10 months. The power of inserted IOL ranged from ＋17 to ＋27 diopters. Refraction was measured during surgery, the following day, 7 to 10 days, one and 3 months after surgery. Findings were compared with another series of 411 eyes implanted with NS-60YG.

Results: Means of refractive error in SS-60YG showed no difference with NS-60YG during surgery, the following day, 7 to 10 days, one and 3 months after surgery（p＝0.097〜0.985, t-test）. Personal A constant of the lenses were 118.72（SS-60YG）and 118.67（NS-60YG）. Individual A constant in SS-60YG ranged from 118.46 to 118.94. This value showed no significant difference from that of NS-60YG（p＝0.263, t-test）.

Conclusion: The refractive error and individual A constant of SS-60YG was no significant difference compared with NS-60YG.
