LYTRO®で撮影した細隙灯顕微鏡所見の検討

要約　目的：LYTRO^®は写真の焦点位置を撮影後に自在に変更することができる特殊なデジタルカメラである。今回，筆者らはLYTRO^®を用いて細隙灯顕微鏡下での前眼部，中間透光体，後眼部所見を撮影し，臨床的有用性を検討した。対象と方法：対象は細隙灯顕微鏡検査で所見がとれた角膜疾患，白内障，眼底疾患を有する患者15例15眼（男性6例女性9例）である。撮影はLYTRO^®を細隙灯顕微鏡の接眼レンズ前方に固定して行った。眼底所見の撮影時には，接触型の前置レンズも使用した。結果：撮影後に焦点を変更することで，混濁の深さの推定や，所見の立体的な観察が可能であった。結論：本法は臨床的に有用であると考えられた。

Abstract.　Purpose：The LYTRO^®（Mountain View, CA）is a specialized pocket-size digital camera that is capable of refocusing images after being taken. We evaluated the clinical utility of slit-lamp photographs taken with LYTRO^®. Methods：We took slit-lamp photographs of 15 eyes with corneal disease, cataract, or fundus disease. We attached the LYTRO^® camera in front of the physician-side eyepiece of a slit-lamp biomicroscope prior to taking the photograph of the eye. When taking photographs of the fundus disease, the patients were instructed to wear a prefixed contact lens. Results：By use of the LYTRO^® camera, the depth of the clinical features in all eyes could be observed in three dimensions. Conclusion：Our findings indicate that the LYTRO^® camera is useful for clinical practice.
