2種類のトーリック眼内レンズの術後早期成績比較

Comparison of early outcome after insertion of two types of toric intraocular lens

要約　目的：2種類のトーリック眼内レンズの術後早期成績を比較する。対象と方法：2013年にAcrySof^® Toric SN6AT3-9を挿入した34例47眼（平均年齢74.1±6.5歳）と2014年2月以降にTECNIS^® Toric ZCT150，225，300，400を挿入した36例51眼（平均年齢76.9±6.2歳）である。術後3か月までの裸眼・矯正視力，他覚・自覚球面度数，他覚・自覚円柱度数，術翌日の軸ずれを比較検討した。結果：術後1週間，1か月，3か月の裸眼・矯正視力，他覚・自覚球面度数，他覚・自覚円柱度数についてSN6AT群とZCT群の間に統計学的有意差はなかった。術翌日の軸ずれは両群間に有意差はなかったが，ZCT群のほうがばらつきが大きかった。軸ずれの回転方向はSN6AT群では時計回り，ZCT群では反時計回りが多かった。結論：軸ずれのばらつきはZCT群が多かったが，乱視軽減効果は同等であった。その理由として，両社のweb calculatorの特性による影響が考えられた。SN6AT群の軸ずれの回転方向は過去の報告と異なり，さらなる検討が必要と思われた。

Abstract.　Purpose：To evaluate postoperative early course of two types of toric intraocular lens, i. e.. SN6AT3-9 and ZCT 150, 225, 300, 400. Method：Forty-seven eyes of 34 cases for SN6ATs and 51 eyes of 36 cases for ZCTs are included. Results：No statistical difference was present in objective and subjective visual acuity, in objective and subjective total refraction, and in objective and subjective astigmatism refraction. The axial tilt at the day after surgery from planned degree was similar in two groups. The axial tilt was larger in ZCTs than SN6ATs. Conclusion：The values for reduction of astigmatism of two lenses were equal, although axial tilt was larger in ZCTs.
