要約　目的：角膜乱視がある白内障眼にトーリック眼内レンズを挿入した結果の報告。対象と方法：白内障手術が行われ，Alcon社製SN6AT3，AT4，AT5または60WFが挿入された211眼を対象とした。術前後の角膜乱視と他覚乱視を比較した。結果：角膜乱視は術前後で変化せず，挿入されたトーリック眼内レンズの型または角膜乱視の強度と無関係であった。術後の他覚乱視は，1.5D未満の低乱視群31眼を除き，有意に低下した（p＜0.05）。結論：トーリック眼内レンズ挿入により，角膜乱視は変化せず，他覚乱視が有意に低下した。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report the outcome of cataract surgery with implantation of toric intraocular lens（IOL）. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 211 eyes that received cataract surgery with implantation of torie IOL SNA6T3, AT4, AT5 or 60WF. The cases were evaluated regarding corneal and total astigmatism before and after surgery. Results：There was no significant change in corneal astigmatism after surgery independent of the type of toric IOL or amount of astigmatism. Total astigmatism decreased significantly after surgery except in 31 eyes with astigmatism less than 1.5 diopters（p＜0.05）. Conclusion：Implantation of toric IOL resulted in unchanged corneal astigmatism and decreased total astigmatism.
