要約　目的：トーリック眼内レンズ挿入術において，角膜周辺部に2点マーキングを行い，その有用性を検討した。対象と方法：31眼に対し，目的の乱視軸に合わせた細い細隙灯顕微鏡の光を凝視させ，フックで角膜にキズをつけ，青色マーカーで染色した。前眼部写真より軸ずれを計測し，術中に眼内レンズのマークと角膜上のマークを合わせ，さらにこのずれを補正した。結果：31眼の目標と2点マークとの軸ずれの絶対値の平均は1.9±1.2°，目標と眼内レンズとの軸ずれの絶対値の平均は3.1±2.8°であった。結論：2点マーク法は正確性の高い手技である。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a method to mark the peripheral cornea prior to implantation of toric intraocular lens（IOL）. Method：Patients with corneal astigmatism are asked to fixate on an oblique line in a slit-lamp microscope. The peripheral cornea is marked with two dyed points along the axis of astigmatism shown by the oblique line. The axis of toric IOL is adjusted to match the marked points on the cornea during surgery. Results：A total of 31 eyes received cataract surgery using the present method. Aberration between the axis of corneal points and actual astigmatism averaged 1.9±1.2 degrees. Aberration between the axis of corneal points and that of implanted IOL averaged 3.1±2.8 degrees. Conclusion：The present marking system is reasonably accurate as a guide in cataract surgery in eyes with corneal astigmatism.
