グリチロン錠の眼科的使用経験

Clinical Use of Glycyron in Ophthalmology

I．緒言

　グリチルリチン，グリシン，DL—メチオニン等を主成分とするグリチロン錠（ミノファーゲン製薬）は内服により，主として肝における抱合解毒機転の促進，ラノリン飼育家兎における脱コレステロール作用，下垂体副腎機能の活性化ならびに肝におけるコーチゾン破壊酵素の抑制等の作用をもつ。即ち，臨床的には，解毒作用，脱コレステロール，抗脂肪肝予防などに有効である他，強い抗アレルギー作用が認められ，既に眼科の領域においても，阪本氏により眼瞼炎，強膜炎，フリクテン等の，主として生体における過敏性に原因すると考えられている眼疾に有効であることが報告せられている。

　今回我々もまた本製剤を，以下述べる各種症例に使用し，その結果を纒める機会を得たので，茲に報告しようと思う。

Glycyron-Tablet (contains Glycyrrhizin 25mg, DL-Methionine 25mg, Glycine 25mg, Precipita-ted calcium carbonate 50mg in one tablet) was used orally (6 to 9 tablets daily) for patients with blepharitis, phlyctaeneulosis, superficial keratitis, herpetic keratitis, episcleritis, uveitis.postoperative endophthalmitis, ocular contus-ion, optic neuritis, combustion and others with aseptic inflammations.

As a result, Glycyron-Tablet was considered to have favourable effects for ocular hyper-sensitivities and to be available as a useful comlementary agent for adrenal corticosteroid hormones.
