視野障害程度別の治療方針の検討—第2報 中期—末期視野障害群

Therapeutic guidelines for glaucoma according to severity of visual field defects.: Report 2. Moderate to advanced visual field defects

　湖崎分類Ⅲa期からⅣ期の視野障害を示す原発開放隅角緑内障症例47例64眼を対象として視野障害進行因子について検討した。Gold-mann視野計にて測定したⅤ-4イソプター視野をEstermanのgridに従って点数化し，経過観察中の視野障害進行率と諸因子との相関について検討した。眼圧は特に高齢者において視野障害進行の重要な因子であり，また眼圧レベルにかかわらず高齢者ほど視野障害の進行が明らかであった。さらに追跡開始時視野障害の程度により視野障害の進行に有意の差が認められた。

We evaluated the risk factors for visual field defects in 64 eyes, 47 patients, with primary open angle glaucoma in its middle stage, Ⅲa to Ⅳ. As parameter for the visual field defects, we used Ⅴ-4 isopter recorded by Goldmann perimeter and processed into grids for scoring after Esterman. We identified, as risk factors concerned with progres-sion of visual field defects, the level of intraocular pressure particularly at higher age group. The progression of visual field defects were also depen-dent on the initial state of visual field defects.
