緑内障の視野（第1報）

Changes in visual fields of glaucomas

I．緒論

　緑内障の診断に就いて，視野の検査は非常に大きな役割を果している。緑内障の臨床的症状が少く，疑わしいような場合，又緑内障の原因に就いての考察や，治療方針の推定，外科的処置の必要性の有無，予後判定等の場合に他の所見や検査と関連して重要である。

　私共は緑内障の視野変化を，周辺視野計及平面視野計を用いて，1）正常又は軽度の周辺部視野狭窄のみ認めるもの。2）マリオット氏盲点部の視野欠損。3）狭窄著しく固視点部にのみ視野の残存せるもの。の3つに分類して報告する。1）は緑内障の視野の内で最も初期のものであり，2）はその中間，3）は末期の状態のものである。

Perimetric studies were performed on 182 eyes of various glaucomas with 3/330 or 10/330 targets. 33 eyes had normal isopters. 76 eyes had only slight contraction and belong to the relatively early stage of the disease. The other 73 eyes of the more advanced stage showed arcute scotomas, nasal steps, hemianopsia, central remnant and temporal remnant.
