硝子体出血を来したサルコイドーシスの症例

Vitreous hemorrhage developed in two cases with ocular sarcoidosis

　サルコイドーシスによるぶどう膜炎の経過観察中に出現した硝子体出血2例を報告した．症例1は25歳男性で，螢光眼底撮影にて右眼乳頭上方からの高度の漏出を示し，また左眼乳頭の上耳側で網膜上新生血管が認められた．症例2は16歳男性で，高度な網膜血管炎とともに，初診4カ月後には周辺部網膜血管床の高度な閉塞や網膜新生血管が認められた．ステロイド内服，点眼により症状は徐々に改善したが，新生血管の退縮傾向は認められたものの，消失には至っておらず，今後の慎重な経過観察が必要と思われる．

We observed two cases of ocular sarcoidosis who developed vitreous hemorrhage during the course of the disease. Both were males, aged 25 and 16 years each. The former manifested neovascularization along the superior vascular arcade and pronounced dye leakage from the optic nervehead in theaffected left eye. The latter manifested severe retinal vasculitis with extensive avascular area and neovascularization in the peripheral retina.

The vitreous hemorrhage was characterized by unilateral occurrence and by its temporary nature. Topical and systemic corticosteroid was apparent-ly contributary to the fair prognosis.
