角膜表層穿刺注）の奏効した糖尿病性角膜症の3症例

Anterior stromal puncture in diabetic keratoepitheliopathy

　角膜表層穿刺が奏効した硝子体手術後の難治性糖尿病性角膜症（角膜上皮接着障害）の3症例を報告した．この角膜表層穿刺は，器具としてディスポの26G針が要るだけで非常に安価で，容易でかつ安全で有効な方法である．オリジナルの方法では，まっすぐな20G針をそのまま使用するので，角膜穿孔の危険があるが，先端部を二段にまげた26G針を使う我々の方法であれば，角膜穿孔の危険はなく安全に行うことができる．

　再発性角膜上皮びらんをはじめ種々の角膜上皮接着障害に試みるべき方法であると考える．

We treated 3 cases of diabetic keratoepithe-liopathy with severe and recurrent erosion by means of anterior stromal puncture. We used dou-ble-barbed #26 gauge disposable needle for this procedure. The treatment could thus be performedwith ease and precision, with favorable outcome in all the treated 3 eyes. This seemed to be a most promising mode of therapy for severe and recurrent corneal erosions of various causes.
