錐体機能異常を伴った眼底白点症の1例

A ease of fundus albipunctatus associated with cone dysfunction

　錐体機能異常を伴った眼底白点症の40歳男子例を報告した．眼底の白点，暗順応所見，杆体系ERG所見は典型的な眼底白点症のそれに一致したが，傍中心暗点，色覚異常，錐体系ERGの減弱，および螢光眼底像における標的黄斑病巣が非定型的であった．眼底白点症は暗順応速度の遅延を特徴とする臨床疾患単位と考えるべきであり，本症例は眼底白点症に錐体ジストロフィーが合併したものと考えられた．

We diagnosed a 40-year-old male as fundus albipunctatus on account of bilateral occurrence of white dots in the fundus, characteristic dark adap-tation curve, reduced bright flash electroretino-gram and its recovery after dark adaptation.The patient further presented bull's eye macular lesionand cone dysfuction, as indicated by paracentral ring scotoma, acquired dyschromatopsia and reduced cone ERG. The visual acuity was 20/20. This case was thought to be fundus albipunctatus associated with cone dystrophy.
