眼底白点症の2症例．典型例と白点が不規則な配列の非定型例

Atypical case of fundus albipunctatus and an atypical case with irregular distribution of white punctates

　夜盲と眼底に白点を認め，電気生理学的，心理物理学的検査によって眼底白点症と診断できた2症例を報告する。症例1は16歳の男子高校生で，後極部を除く眼底全周にびまん性に白点が分布する典型例であった。症例2は8歳の女児で両眼とも白点が血管アーケードと鼻側網膜に分布していたが，耳側網膜にはわずかしか白点を認めず，不規則な白点の配列のパターンを示した非定型例であった。このような症例でも電気生理学的，心理物理学的検査で網膜の機能障害が先行していた。

We diagnosed 2 cases as fundus albipunctatus with positive electrophysiological and psycho-physical test results. In one case, a 16-year-old male, funduscopic findings were typical with white punctate lesions arranged annularly, radially and diffusely except the macula. In the second case, a 8-year-old girl,fundus findings were unusual with irregular distribution of white punctate lesions. Temporal fundus hemisphere was almost free of white punctate lesions in both eyes. Retinal func-tions were disturbed even though the distribution of white punctates was atypical. The fundus appear-ance remained stationary during the 2 years of observation. It appeared that functional distur-bance preceded the appearance of white punctate lesions in this disease.
