Paget病に合併した網膜全剥離の1例

A case of retinal detachment with Paget's disease

　症例　は50歳女性，Paget病で両白内障と，右のproliferative vitreoretinopathyおよび網膜剥離を認めた．螢光眼底造影では黄斑部の強い漏出と周辺部のいくつかの漏出を認めた．本症例の特徴から，多彩な網脈絡膜病変を呈するPaget病との関連について考察するとともに，本邦においてまれなPaget病の眼症状について検討した．

A 50-year-old female presented with bilateral cata-ract and total retinal detachment associated with pro-liferative vitreoretinopathy in her right eye. She had been diagnosed as Paget disease 5 years before. Fluo-rescein angiography showed multiple dye leakage in the macula in the affected eye. These changes were indicative of chorioretinal damage in the macula, in possible association with the Paget's disease.
