角膜変性症の移植後再発

Recurrence of corneal dystrophy fbllowing keratoplasty

　角膜変性症のうち，顆粒状・斑状・格子状・膠様滴状角膜変性症の角膜移植後再発率を検討した。移植後3年における再発率は，顆粒状変性症12眼中8眼67％，斑状変性症11眼中0眼0％，格子状変性症4眼中0眼0％，膠様滴状変性症22眼中21眼95％であった。高頻度に再発する頼粒状角膜変性症と膠様滴状角膜変性症は，上皮細胞が異常物質を産生する変性症である可能性がある。これらについては，再移植のしやすい表層角膜移植を可能な限り行うべきである。

We evaluated the rate of recurrence of various corneal dystrophies during 3 years after lamellar or penetrating keratoplasty. The cases included granular dystrophy (12 eyes), macular dystrophy (11), lattice dystrophy (4) and gelatinous drop-like dystrophy (22). Eyes which manifested graft rejec-tion were excluded from the study.

Recurrence of dystrophy in the grafted cornea occurred in 8 eyes with granular dystrophy (67%), in none with macular dystrophy or lattice dystrophy (0%) and in 21 with gelatinous drop-like dystrophy (95%).
