急性リンパ球性白血病者にみられた乳頭腫瘍の1例

A case of tumor of the optic disc in acute lympbbcytic leukemia

　急性リンパ球性白血病の診断後1年経過した14歳男子の片眼に，硝子体への突出度10Dの乳頭腫瘍をみた。眼窩へのライナックX線照射により，乳頭腫蕩は著明に縮小したが，照射前よりみられた視機能の障害は改善されなかった。視機能の障害は乳頭への腫瘍細胞浸潤や乳頭周囲脈絡膜，後毛様体動脈の循環障害による機械的，虚血性変化が神経線維におよんだためと考えられる。したがって乳頭腫瘍には早期の眼窩照射が必要不可欠な有効手段となる。

　以上全身的には末梢血，骨髄像以外著変をみず，放射線療法により著明に消退した急性リンパ球性白血病者の片眼にみられた乳頭腫瘍について報告した。

A tumor of the optic disc protruding 10 diopters was found in the left eye of a 14-year-old boy withacute lymphocytic leukemia of one year's duration.

Radiation over the orbit caused the tumor to completely regress without restoring the impaired vision. There was no systemic tumor cell invasion except the optic disc, due probably to preventive cranial radiation performed earlierof tumor cells with consequent circulatory distur-bance seemed to be the probable cause of disc swelling.
