周辺性ぶどう膜炎にみられた網膜前黄斑部線維症

Preretinal macular fibrosis as a complication of periphealuveitis

　最初，特発性網膜前黄斑部線維症にて経過観察中，後部硝子体剥離を起こし，その後再び網膜前黄斑部線維症を発症した症例を経験した。本症例は再度の眼底検査にて眼底下方最周辺部に周辺性ぶどう膜炎の所見を認めたため，この症例の後極部における変化は周辺性ぶどう膜炎による合併症と考えた。

　なお，患者は後部硝子体剥離出現後，著明な視力の改善を認めた。

Preretinal macular fibrosis was detected in the right eye of a 34-year-old female who detected de-creased visual acuity 2 weeks before. The posterior vitreous was not detached at the initial examina-tion. Spontaneous improvement in visual acuity took place 4 weeks later induced by detachment of the posterior vitreous, which occurred apparently due to mild peripheral uveitis. Preretinal macular fibrosis started to reform 8 weeks after the posterior vitreous detachment without impairing the visual acuity.
