外眼筋麻痺および眼輪筋炎を呈したベーチェット病の1例

Behçet's disease with myositis of extraocular muscles and orbicularisoculi

　54歳女性の完全型ベーチェット病患者で，アフタ性口内炎・虹彩炎の再発と前後して，今まで記載のない外眼筋炎によると思われる全眼筋麻痺および経過中に眼輪筋炎を呈した症例を報告した。

　筋肉炎がベーチェット病の1症例である可能性を示唆し，特に眼科領域では外眼筋炎の合併の可能性について考察した。

A 54-year-old female with systemic and ocular involvements of Behcet's disease for the past 21 years manifested, 7 years ago, bilateral ophthalmo-plegia associated with ptosis and exophtalmos in the left eye. The left eye remained immobile since then. After recurrence of iritis and aphthous stoma-titis, complete ophthalmoplegia now developed in the right eye. CT-scan examinations revealed en-largement of right extraocular muscles. An acute, localized swelling developed in the glabellar region one year later. Biopsy of the lesion showed the pre-sence of chronic myositis of the orbicular muscles.
