網膜分離症を伴った後部硝子体網膜牽引症の1例

A case of vitreoretinal interface retinopathy with secondary retinoschisis

　特発性と思われる不完全後部硝子体剥離後に起こった硝子体網膜牽引症により，網膜分離症を続発した1例を報告した。牽引性網膜剥離と牽引性網膜分離症の鑑別を行い，後硝子膜面に認めた膜形成の機作について考察を加えた。

An unusual vitreoretinal interface retinopathy was detected in a 27-year-old male. In his right eye, there was an oval-shaped elevation of the inner surface of the retina superior-temporal to the macula. The elevation was apparently due to vit-reoretinal adhesion along the superior temporal vein and incomplete posterior vitreous detachment. A white membrane had formed at the site of vit-reoretinal adhesion. The left eye was intact.

This patient had no past history of ocular disease or trauma except myopia of -3.5 D RE and-3.0 D LE.
