後天性網膜分離症眼の硝子体所見

Vitreous findings in acquired retinoschisis

　後天性網膜分離症40人60眼の硝子体を細隙灯顕微鏡法で観察した．本症の硝子体剥離率は正常眼のそれと差がなく，硝子体剥離はもっぱら加齢の影響による．しかしながら，網膜分離症眼では部分的な硝子体剥離がおこりやすく，その頻度は高齢になるほど高い．完全硝子体剥離の症例では，部分・非硝子体剥離に比べ，分離網膜の領域が縮少あるいは消失する可能性が高い．以上より，後天性網膜分離症の発生および進行には，硝子体の牽引も重要な因子であることが推測された．

The vitreous in 60 eyes with acquired retinoschisis was examined and compared to an age-and sex-mat-ched control group. The incidence of partial posterior vitreous detachment was significantly higher in theretinoschisis group than in the control group (27% vs 4%, p<0.001). In eyes with complete posterior vitreous detachment, the area of retinoschisis tended to regress when compared with eyes with partial or no vitreous detachment. It is presumed that the development or progression may be influenced not only by retinal fac-tors but also vitreous traction.
