重症糖尿病性網膜症に対する広汎光凝固療法の効果と障害，および適応について—2．視機能への影響

Panretinal photocoagulation for severe diabetic retinopathy.:2. Influence on the visual function

　糖尿病性網膜症患者にアルゴンレーザー光凝固器を用いて広汎光凝固療法を施行し，その前後の視機能を検索した。

（1）視力・視野・暗順応は広汎光凝固後も特別な影響をうけなかった。

（2） ERG振幅は術後a波は70％に，b波は58％に低下した。

（3） EOGのL／D比は術後68％に低下した。

（4）広汎光凝固は電気生理学的検索によっては網膜機能に障害を与えていることは明らかであるが，日常生活の指標となる自覚的視機能検査，すなわち，視力・視野・暗順応の測定成績には影響を及ぼさなかった。

（5）以上の成績よりアルゴンレーザー光凝固による広汎光凝固療法は術後短期間では視機能に対して支障となる障害は及ぼさないとみなしてよい。

The visual acuity, visual field, dark adaptation, electroretinogram and electrooculogram were re-corded before and after panretinal photocoagula-tion by argon laser photocoagulator for severe dia-betic retinoapthy in 20 treated eyes.

1. On the visual field, visual acuity and dark adaptation, no significant difference was recognized between before and after treatment.

2. The amplitudes of the scotopic ERG were reduced after treatment. That of a waves decreased to 70% of the initial value and the b waves to 58%.3. The L/D ratios of the EOG were reduced from 1.95 to 1.32 after treatment.
