白内障嚢内摘出術の改善—間欠的眼球指圧法，Dutch切開法および全層穿孔角強膜縫合法

Improved techniques in intracapsular cataract extraction:Intermittent digital pressure, Dutch incision and through-and-through suture

（1）間欠的眼球指圧法を7〜10分間用いることにより著明な硝子体脱出予防の方法として認められる。

（2） Dutch切開はsuperblade 30°を用いて輪部出血が少なく，前房内が注視しやすく短時間に輪部切開が行える。

（3） Vicryl 9-0を用いる全層穿孔角強膜縫合はデスメ膜レベルで確実な創口閉鎖が行える。

Intracapsular cataract surgery can be done more safely on the soft eye induced by prolonged in-termittent digital pressure for 7 to 10 minutes ap-plied on the eyeglobe. The corneal wound is made after Worst's Dutch incision by forming no con-junctival flap and by a straight forward incision through all layers by means of 30° superblade. It incurs minimum bleeding from the incised wound and allows an easy insertion of intraocular lens.
