後房人工水晶体（Shearingレンズ）移植術に関する考察（予報）

Evaluation of the Shearing lens implantation (Preliminary report)

（1） Shearing後房レンズ移植術は，近年白内障嚢外摘出術が殆んど完成され（例えばKPE法，計画的嚢外摘出術）たために，合目的な人工水晶体として期待のもてるものであろう。

（2）術後視力も良好で，挿入後の安定感も良く，短い観察期間ではあるが，特に視力に影響を及ぼす合併症はみられなかった。

（3）縮散瞳が自由で特に眼底の観察は容易であった。

（4）光学的にも挿入後の解剖学的な位置関係からみても，従来の眼内人工水晶体に比し長所も多いが，反面短所もあり今後更に考察を加えたい。

We performed implantation of Shearing posterior chamber lens following planned extracapsular extraction phacoemulsification-aspiration in 30 eyes. The ages of the patients averaged 68 years. The postoperative visual acuity was 0.5 or more in all the cases after 3 months. Postoperatively, the pupils could be well dilated allowing a good view of the fundus. The centration of the lens was excellent and, once the Shearing lens was properly placed, no subluxation of the implanted lens did occur.No complication which might affect the postopera-tive visual acuity occurred in the present series.
