サルコイドーシス患者におけるインターフェロンおよびアンジオテンシン変換酵素の動態

Investigation of serum interferon and angiotensin converting enzyme in ocular sarcoidosis

　サルコイドーシス患者63例113検体を対象として血清IF活性およびACE活性を測定し，次のような結論を得た。

（1）正常対照群のIF活性は18.2±2.8IU／mlであるのに対し，本病患者では47.9±6.2IU／mlと有意の高値を示した（P＜0.0001）。これらのIFはいずれもType II IFであった。

（2）正常対照群のACE活性は31.8±1.0nmol／ml／minであるのに対し，本病患者では41.3±1.3nmol／ml／minと有意の高値を示した（P＜0.0001）。

（3） IF活性とACE活性の相関をみると，γ＝1.73×10⁻⁴と有意の相関を示さなかった。

（4） IFおよびACE活性の推移をみると，IFは変動が大きく臨床経過とは必ずしも平行しないのに対し，ACEは炎症の活動性をよく反映し，経過観察時のよい指標と考えられた。

The levels of serum interferon (IF) and angio-tensin converting enzyme (ACE) were investigated in 63 patients with sarcoidosis. IF assay was per-formed by the semi-micro, dye-binding method, and ACE assay by a modification of the method of Cushman and Cheung with hippuryl-L-histidyl-L-leucine as substrate. Both serum IF and ACE levels were significantly increased in patients with sarcoidosis, as compared to the normal controls (IF: p<0.0001, ACE: p<0.0001). Statistical anal-ysis showed that IF and ACE have no significant correlation.
