眼合併症を伴った色素性乾皮症の兄妹例

Two sibling cases of xeroderma pigmentosum with ocular complication

　Xpは常染色体劣性遺伝性の光線過敏性疾患であり，高率に日光露出部位に腫瘍を併発する。

　今回著者らは眼部に腫瘍を併発したXp兄妹例を経験した。

　症例1は生後1年から日光露出部に色素沈着をみたが，5歳時より両眼輪部結膜に扁平上皮癌の出現を見，これを切除後新たな腫瘍の発生はなく経過観察中のものである。

　症例2では生後10カ月ごろより色素斑が出現し，2歳ごろより顔面に腫瘍，潰瘍の再発をくりかえし，10歳時に右眼外眼角部および上口唇に腫瘍の発生を見，組織学的に扁平上皮癌と診断されたものであり，典型的な種々の眼症状を併発していた。

　また両者は遺伝的相補性テストの結果，従来わが国の報告になかった相補性群C群に属していることが確認された。

We observed malignant ocular tumors accom-panying xeroderma pigmentosum in a pair of sib-lings. In the younger sister, 6 years of age, fleckles had developed in skin areas exposed to sunlight since she was one year old. A mulberry-like tumor of 10mm in diameter was located over the lower nasal limbos of the left eye. A membraneous neo-plasm simulating pterygium extended from the lower temporal limbos into the cornea of the right eye. Both lesions were diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma histopathologically.
