白内障手術患者における糖負荷後の房水グルコース量の変動について

The aqueous glucose concentration in cataractous patients after glucose administration

　正常眼2眼，老人性白内障眼41眼，糖尿病性白内障眼13眼につき房水化学組成分析を行い，次の結果を得た。

　1）空腹時血清値は，糖尿病性白内障眼ではGlu-coseが正常値より高かった。その他は全て正常範囲にあるが，白内障眼ではNa・Total protein・Albumin・T-cholesterolが正常眼に比してやや高く，老人性白内障ではUric acidが他群に比しやや高かった。またPは白内障群でやや低かった。

　2）空腹時房水値は，糖尿病性白内障眼でGlu-cose・Uric acidが他群に比し高く，Naが正常眼および糖尿病性白内障眼で老人性白内障眼より低かつた。

　3）空腹時のいわばsteady stateにおいてRasは，Glucoseの場合正常眼で0.5，糖尿病性白内障眼で0.8以上で，老人性白内障眼はこの中間にあった。Uric acidは糖尿病で最も高かった。

　4）上記の老人性白内障眼のGlucoseのsteadystate Rasは加齢とともに上昇し糖尿病性白内障眼のそれに近づくものであることが再確認されたた。

　5）老人性白内障のべ34眼・糖尿病性白内障8眼にたいし経口的糖負荷を行った。非糖尿病性老人性白内障眼患者においては70歳代・80歳代は60歳代以下に比して血糖値上昇がより著しく，その後の下降もより遅延する傾向が認められた。

Chemical analysis of the aqueous humour was performed in 2 normal eyes, 41 eyes with senile cataract and 13 eyes with diabetic cataract during cataract surgery. The chemical components of the blood serum were within normal range throughout the cases except the glucose level in diabetic sub-jects. In diabetic cataract, uric acid in the aqueous was elevated and approximated the value in the serum. The aqueous concentration of sodium was significantly increased in cases with senile cataract than in normal and diabetic cataract.
