稀有な視神経乳頭形成異常の1例（菊花症候群・仮称）

An unusual malformation of optic nerve head. The chrysanthemum syndrome

　（1）3歳女子にみられた視神経乳頭の先天異常につき報告した。

　（2）水晶体後嚢鼻側に密着した茶褐色膜様組織，視神経乳頭上の黄赤色の膜様組織，乳頭周囲の輪状の網脈絡膜色素変化，血管の異常がみられたが，乳頭の陥凹はみられなかつた。

　（3）本症例は乳頭部P．H．V．や朝顔症候群などと本質的には同一疾患であり，これらの異常はBergmeister乳頭遺残が主因となり，硝子系の遺残が複雑に関与しているものと推論した。

　（4）朝顔症候群を中心とした報告例62例につき性差を検討したが，差は認められなかつた。

A 3-year-old girl manifested a very unusual anomaly of the optic nerve head in her right eye. Ophthalmoscopically, several orange-colored membraneous tissues extended radially from the nerve head over to the surrounding retina simu-lating a flower of chrysanthemum. There were also peripapillary chorioretinal pigment distur-bances and vascular anomalies. However, no excavation of the nerve head was observed.
