網膜静脈閉塞症に起因する硝子体出血に対する硝子体手術経験

Results of vitrectomy for vitreous hemorrhage secondary to retinal vein occlusions

　網膜静脈閉塞症に起因した硝子体出血に対する硝子体手術施行眼103例103眼の，視力経過と網膜症経過を検討した。最終視力0.1以上のものは74眼（72％）であり，視力0.1未満の視力不良例は網膜剥離を術前に合併していた。ERG検査のb／a比は術前の網膜剥離を知る1つの手段であり，b／a比の低下は視力結果の不良を示し，予後を予測する有用な術前検査であった。

We reviewed the outcome of vitreous surgery on 103 eyes with vitreous homorrhage secondary to previous retinal vein occlusions. Final visual acuity of 0.1 or over was attained in 74 eyes, 73 %. There were 19 eyes which had retinal detachment prior to surgery. All these eyes resulted in visual acuity of less than 0.1. Presurgical examination with electroretinography, including b/a ratio studies, would facilitate detection of underlying retinal detachment in eyes with vitreous hemorrhage.
