高解像力スリットランプ写真撮影の臨床的応用—（その1）試作機の構成と実験成績

緒　言

　前眼部の写真撮影とくにスリットランプ撮影については，多くの報告がある。しかし最も重要な撮影系の構成には，低倍率撮影（0.5〜1倍）では，通常の写真レンズを用い，高倍率（3〜10倍）では，スリットランプの顕微鏡を利用する方法が広く行われている^1）。これらのレンズは前者は拡大撮影用として設計されていないし，後者は専ら観察用であるために，高倍率撮影では得られる写真の鮮鋭度が劣るという欠点がある。

　一方に照明系では光の均等性，スリットの鮮鋭度などの問題があり，これらも撮影系とともに考慮しなくてはならない。しかし今回は最も影響が大と考えられる撮影系レンズの改良により，前眼部の精密な写真撮影を行う目的で，3〜10倍拡大用の高解像力対物レンズを設計試作し好結果を得た。

A high-resolution photographic equipment for the anterior segment of the eye was designed and constructed with the use of custom-made high resolution lens and slitlamp illumination. The equipment allows an image magnification of 10×at the film plane and of ah out 100×as the final enlarged image. This feature enables the photography of the corneal endothelium without a contact.
