北大眼科における過去10年間のベーチェット病の治療法と成績

A clinical evaluation of drugs to Behçet's disease treated at the Hokkaido University Hospital for the past ten years

緒　言

　ベーチェット病の原因はいまだ不明のままに残されている。したがつて本病に対する治療法は対症療法の域を出ないのが現状である。

　われわれもより効果的な方法を求めて種々の治療法を試み，二神の報告以来，その成績^1〜11）について発表してきた。また国内・国外ともに多数の薬剤について幾多の検討がなされているが，そのいずれもが本病を治癒させうるものではなく，発表者によつて成績にもかなりの相違がみられる。このことは診断基準がいまだ確立されておらず，治療効果の判定基準がないのでやむをえないこととも考えられる。

The clinical evaluation of drugs to Behçet's disease was attempted in 167 patients (male 101, female 61) treated at the Hokkaido University Hospital for the past ten years. They were divided into four groups by drugs administered systemi-cally i.e. corticosteroids, immunosuppressive drugs (azathioprine and cyclophosphamide), colchicine and immunopotenciative drugs (leva-misole, transfer factor and krestin). All patients were examined as to the number of ocular attacks, the course of visual acuity and systemic signs, and also side effects.
