Uses of Aspherical Convex Lens for Slitlamp Funduscopy

緒　言

　Slit Lamp Microscope（以下Slit Lamp）による眼底観察のための，凸非球面前置レンズの有用性については，先に梶浦ら^1）が報告したが，その設計基準，非球面加工技術，現有へSlit Lampの取り付け方法等に，問題が残されている。

　今回，（1）観察画角の拡大。（2）スリットの切れ味の向上。（3）光学性能の向上（特に歪曲収差の改善）。（4）光学性能とレンズ面による反射光との関係などの各項目について，検討を加え種の凸非球面前置レンズを作製したので報告する。

I developed new aspherical plano-convex lenses to be used for slitlamp fundus examination. The lenses are improvements on the original design by Bayadi and have the power of +58 cliopters. Particular attention has been paid to ensure clear and bright fundus image and to minimize astigmatism, coma and distortion through adop-tion of larger size, asphericity and multiple coating of the lens. The present models allow the use of very narrow slitlamp beam because of the sharp definition of the system.
