他眼に黄斑円孔を伴つた白色瞳孔の1例

A Case of Leukocoria Accompanied by Macular Hole in the Fellow Eye

緒　言

　著者らは，先天性十二指腸膜様狭窄を有し，この手術後真菌による尿路感染および髄膜炎を併発した例について，片眼の白色瞳孔と他眼に黄斑裂孔を認めた症例を経験した。これに対してopenskyのもとで水晶体全摘出および水晶体後面の白色塊切除摘出を行ない，病理組織学的検索を行なつた。

A 14-week-old female baby was referred to us with leukocoria in the left eye. She had been suffering from congenital duodenal mem-branic stenosis, mycosis of the urinary tract, mycotic meningitis and macular hole in the right eye.

Suspecting mycotic vitreous abscess, persi-stent hyperplastic primary vitreous or retino-blastoma as possible causes of the leukocoria, we performed intracapsular extraction combined with open-sky vitrectomy using cryo-pencil and Vannas scissors. Persistent hyperplastic pri-mary vitreous was diagnosed on account of fibrovascular mass ncluding phagocytes, mel-anocytes and small vessels.
