小児の屈折矯正に関する研究—第2報 斜視を伴う遠視の経年変化—その1 固視眼，斜視眼との屈折度変化

緒　言

　小児の視機能の発達に遠視が及ぼす影響の大きいことは衆知のことである。小児の遠視は調節性内斜視，屈折性弱視，不同視弱視の原因となりやすいため，できるだけ早期に屈折矯正をしなければならない。

　小児の遠視の屈折矯正には，調節麻痺下屈折検査値から生理的トーマス分として，0.5D〜0.75D差し引いた値を用いることが原則であることは，丸尾^1），粟屋^2），らが述べているごとく間違いのないこととは考えるが，長期に永続的に小児遠視に完全矯正眼鏡を用いていると，遠視度の減弱という経年変化に対応しえないで，時には内よせ不全をみることもあることから，筆者^3,4）は遠視の屈折矯正は常に経年変化やよせ運動に配慮をはらうべきであると考え主張している。

We followed up the state of refraction in 111 children with hyperopia and esodeviation over a period of 5 years or more, in order to evaluate the possible differences in the change of refractive power between the fixating and the deviating eye. The power of refraction was determined both objectively by refracto-metry under cygloplegia and subjectively.

When the cases are seen as one group, there was no consistent tendency in the direction of change of refraction during the 5-year observa-tion period.
