未熟児眼の超音波的観察（第2報）—その2：眼底循環の動態

Supersonic Observation of the Eyes in Prenature Bodies (Part II:Hemodynamics at Eye-ground, No.2)

緒　言

　前報^1）で，未熟児眼における超音波ドップラー法の応用で，眼底循環の流速脈波を調査し，（1）血流速度，眼底血圧値が未熟度に比例して低値をしめす。（2）未熟児網膜症の発生時点，経過の推測が可能である。（3）透光体混濁眼でも追跡可能であるとの結論を得たが未熟児網膜症に密接な関係があるといわれる各種因子と，流速脈波との相関を調べ，いささかの知見を得たので報告する。

The relationship between the dynamics of funduscopic circulation in the eyes of prema-ture babies and the occurrence of retinopathy in premature babies was evaluated by the ana-lytic values of flowing speed and wave-form with the supersonic doppler-method, and it was intended to know the relationship with what seems to be the generating factor of retinopa-thy especially.

In application of O-cross frequency-meter due to the frequency-deflection-system in supersonicdoppler-method, the recording was done on the flowing velocity and wave-form of the fundu-scopic circulation of premature babies.
