眼科における超音波Doppler法の応用に関する研究（第3報）

Doppler Examination of Blood Flow in Ocular Fundus (Report III)

緒言

　非観血的な血流速度の測定法として超音波Doppler法が開発されてから久しいが，どういう理由か，これが眼科領域に導入されることがなかつた。もつとも，故里村茂夫が心臓の運動に超音波Doppler効果の応用の成功後，血管壁の振動にきこえる連続雑音を血流に基づくと判定し，鈴木一三九とともに眼球の超音波干渉による血流を発表し^1），さらに周波数弁別器方式による脈絡膜動脈と大循環系との超音波擾乱音の記録に成功した^2）のが最初であるが，その後の空白が意外に長期にわたり，最近になつて，谷口らのソナグラフ方式^3）〜5），Goldberg,R．E．^6），所^7）の0交叉周波数計方式，さらにMüller,H．R．^8）の同方式があげられるようになつた。このうち，対象とする血管は，所は毛様体内血管，Goldberg,R．Eと，Müller,H．R．および谷口らの実験は眼動脈ないしはその分岐血管であり，眼球内血管に関する測定は所の家兎眼毛様体血流速の報告があるにすぎない。

　私どもは，主として眼底血流速度を，0交叉周波数計を利用した超音波血流計を試作し，その測定に成功したので報告する。

A new directional Doppler flowmeter was de-vised with the capability of identification and separation of positive and negative Doppler shifts.

Attempts were made to elucidate the various aspects of forward and reverse flow in the fun-dus circulation and the ophthalmic artery with the apparatus by using the 0 cross counter.Generally, the area of the velocity in pulsatory waves seemed to be correlated with the blood volume.
