脳血管障害による眼症状のうち,今回,我々は特に,脳血管障害による同名半盲,及びその他の視野変化について述べてみたい。
A summarized account is given over 30 cases of homonymous hemianopsia detected at the author's clinic with due emphasis on cerebral vascular involvement as a chief etiological factor.
Homonymous hemianopsia of cerebral va-scular origin was caused by hepertension-arteriosclerosis in 30% of cases, by subara-chnoid haemorrhage in 10%, vascular anomaly in 6.7%, and by diabetes mellitus in 10%. Review of 80 cases from literature since 1930 showed the preponderance of cerebral vascular lesion as the major cause of homonymous hemianopsia.
