I．緒言

　1961年Novotony and Alvisがフルオレンスチン液による螢光眼底撮影法を発表して以来すでに多くの報告があり，新しい知見も得られている。私共は2,3の疾患で螢光撮影を行つたので述べたい。

Authors examined various retinal and choroi-dal diseases with the fluorescein fundus pho-tography and the results obtained were as follows :

In the case of von Hippel-Lindau's disease with retinal detachment the retinal vessels were fully filled with fluorescein and diffusion took place from the neo-vascularization and from aneurysm. In the area of retinal detach-ment no fluorescence was observed.

In the fundus of Coats' disease there was no correlation between the lesion examined by ophthalmoscophy and the area of diffusion of fluorescein at the initial examination.
