表面麻酔点眼薬0.5％オフセインと0.2％ノベジン及び散瞳点眼薬Mydriaticum"Roche"の効果について

I．緒言

　著者等は数年来屈折異常の成因，或は屈折異常の成立に及ぼす環境や遺伝その他の要因の影響等を立入つて解明して行く為に小，中学生に就て，Phacometry,Echogram，眼圧の計測を目的とした集団検診，及び双生児の眼底写真撮影等を行つている。この場合表面点眼麻酔薬及び散瞳薬が必要であるが，特に日常臨床に於けるよりも速効性の著しい事が集団検診を能率的に進行させる。

　著者等は最近入手した表面麻酔点眼薬0.5％オフセイン^＊＊（米国スクイブ社製）を使用し眼圧の集団検診を行つた結果，他の点眼麻酔薬に比し著明な優秀性をもち賞用されるべき薬剤である事を経験した。又オフセインに類似の化学構造を持つ0.2％ノベジン（ワンダー社製）について試用し，その効果を検討した。又散瞳薬については著者の一人吉本が先に0.5％　Mydriaticum"Roche"^＊＊が速効性著しく最も短時間に正常にもどる点に就いて其の優秀性を発表し又今野^2）も双生児の眼底写真撮影に際し之を使用し能率的であると発表した。今回更に追加実験を行い検討を加えたので併わせて此処に発表する。

In collective ophthalmic examination, the authors used the 0.5% ophthein and the myd-riaticum "Roche" which came recently to authors' hands. They were very useful for the purpose and the usefulness were confirmed experimentally.

After instillation of 0.5% ophthein, the authors examined the sensitivity of the cornea, the irritation by the drug and measured the diameter of the pupil and the intraocular pressure, and observed the condition of the corneal epithelium. The results showed that the drug had only a little irritation and satisfactory anesthetic effects with a drop.
