他覚的視力測定法に関する実験—第10報改良法による自覚，他覚視力の比較

緒言

　視力の他覚的認定は，傷害程度の判定上，ことに労災補償における，詐病問題と関連して，従来より重大な関心をよせられていることは，いまさらいうまでもないことである。のみならず近時，Ohm氏，Goldmann氏を草分けとする（視性眼振）を利用せる他覚的視力測定法がとりあげられ，世界の注目を浴びつつあることは，昭和32年以来，われわれならびに山地氏らが発表せるとおりである。

　ところで，従来の測定装置はすべて，1）一種類の視標を用い，視距離を変えて視力を測定する方法であつて，われわれが通常測定するラ氏環視力測定法のように5mの距離で測定するのとは異なること。および，2）0.1以下の視力測定が不可能であるという欠点がある。この欠点に関して，臨眼12巻3号に発表した装置においては，まだ考慮を払つていなかつたので，本実験においては，1）刺激野の縮小，2）視距離一定にした場合の視標の作製という二点の改良を試みた。

1) Some improvements were afforded on our objective vision test apparatus.

a) Narrowing of the back ground area ; ca 1/4 of the back ground area of the formerapparatus.

b) Fixation of the objective visual distance ;5m, when testing of visual acuity above. 0.1, 3m, when testing of v. a. below 0.1.

c) Application of 5 linear test objects ; ratio of the width of the linear test object aga-inst the broken width is 1/2, standards of the test object classified to 5 degrees, corres-ponding to v. a. of 1.0, 0.7, 0.2, 0.07, 0.03.

2) The experimental condition is as follows.
