Two cases of glaucoma, which followed occlusion of the central retinal artery and had symptoms which coincided with the clinicopathological entity of Zimmerman, were repor-ted.

Case 1. A man aged 59, with hypertension, had congestive glaucoma with the symptom of anterior segment in haemorrhagic glaucoma which arose a year after the onset of occlusion of the central retinal artery in the right eye. After posterior scleral trephine, the fundus became to be visible, and no haemorrhage was observed ophthalmoscopically.
